What is a hopeless romantic

Being A Hopeless Romantic

Hopeless romantics, who are they? What does it mean to be a hopeless romantic? Well believe it or not they are something like idealist. They are sentimental dreamers with rose colored glasses on. A hopeless romantic is someone who still believes in a happy ever after, even if the world is being cynical around them. They really are looking for the man or woman of their dreams or so to say their soul mates. They have a lot of love to give and will show their love in any romantic way possible. Absolutely hopeless in the sense that they don't want the romantic part of their love to end and will do whatever it takes within their power to preserve it by doing romantic gestures, because their love is more of an idealistic love. Personally, I don't think it's a bad thing to be a hopeless romantic. I mean who wouldn't want that that kind of love.

I will admit that I am a hopeless romantic. In a generation where people who despise relationships, and are terrified of being vulnerable, as well as having a hard time learning to trust someone new after they’d been hurt by another person. I feel like I'm one of the few people in this generation that isn't afraid to love. What's wrong with wanting to be happy and committed to somebody. Whats wrong with putting someone first and showing love.

I can recall all the times I've overheard people talking about finding love and that they wouldn't talk to people that played around or won't ready for relationships. Those same people I would see the next week doing the exact opposite of what they said. I just shake my head and continue down my path.

Sure I'm a hopeless romantic, in an world only looking for temporary adventures. I'm in a world that revolves entirely on hookups but still I'm a loveless romantic. I wish I could give an example to this loveless generation. But that would take a lot of collaboration.

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
