What Happened To These Youtubers?

Youtube has always been a popular social media platform and has been growing in content creators. Many of us have grown up waiting for a weekly video upload from our favorite YouTuber right after we came home from school. Although, there has been the addition of multiple Youtubers over the last couple of years let's take a look at where some of the most popular Youtubers from back then are now!

  1. JacksGap

The British identical twins on YouTube named Jack and Finn Harries took the Youtube world by storm in 2012. Posting videos such as "Ask Jack" or posting random videos that came to their mind, everyone loved them. Their channel once named Jacksgap has now been renamed Jack Harries and now consists of different videos revolved around the issue of climate change and our planet. Don't worry there are still some videos that include both brothers and their adventures such as a behind scenes video from their short film called "The Kingdom." The main reason why their style of videos has changed on the channel is that now Jack Harries is a film-maker and an activist. As for Finn Harries, he is an architect who centers his work around the environment and trying to sustain it.

2. BethanyMota

Now for all the beauty girls, you probably remember Bethany Mota! She was our star girl when it came to clothing hauls and get ready with me videos. After getting partnerships with companies like Aeropostale for a clothing line she started to disappear. She slowly stopped uploading on YouTube and eventually announced that she joined the show known as Dancing With the Stars as a competitor. Currently, she has launched her new jewelry line called Atom & Matter which has been her prize possession at the moment. Further, this past year she has been back uploading content on YouTube that includes videos like clothing hauls but has expanded her content to videos about her playing the popular video game called "Among Us."

5. Lohanthony

Anthony Quintal the well-known vlogger on YouTube that posted random videos with his sassy attitude was once known as the "Male Web Star" according to his nomination at the Teen Choice Awards in 2014. A big supporter of the LGTBQ back then but now that has changed for him. Over the past three months he has come back with videos on Youtube that have the main topic of "Christina celibacy" that goes against the LGBTQ community. Overall, Anthony Quintal has taken a different route with his return to Youtube that surprised many.

With Youtube being taken over by many new different content creators it is very nostalgic for many of us to look back at the Youtuber's that were there since the start. These are only a couple of the many Youtuber's that we have needed an update on where they currently are in their careers at this point. With that being said explore the new and old content on YouTube because it never get's old!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
