Sounds gross, but give it a chance. Like the old saying goes, "if you try it, you might just like it."

Quinoa is out, sorghum is in. This ancient grain is gluten-free and can be eaten popped, in cereals or in snack food.
7. Mocktails! Mocktails! Mocktails!
