Ever Wonder What It Takes To Get A Dime Piece?

A lot of single guys out there wonder what it's takes to get a female? How do I become the man that every girl wants? It's simple.

Guys wonder what a girl wants in a guy well being 20-years-old, I expect not a lot because everyone is young but simple things.

1. Schooling / Working

If you are in school, you are putting in work on it's own. Having a job is very important because a man that can make his own money is attractive. Being able to take care of me and himself.

2. Car

A girl loves to get picked up by her man and taken on a date. When you get a car make sure you keep it clean. You might get lucky in your car one day.

3. Own House / Apartment

If you are in college having your own apartment is perfectly fine. Living with your mom ain't all that okay because if that's all you got. Your mom better live in a mansion in Beverly Hills.

4. Honesty and Loyalty

Be Honest. Be Loyal. Don't lie, don't cheat, be loyal to your girl. If you have a girl that's down for you, don't be dishonest to her. Be loyal to your girl and be there even when things are hard. DON'T GIVE UP WHEN IT'S HARD.

5. TRUST

Trust your girl. If she's going to go out with her friends, trust her that she won't cheat or do anything bad. If you don't have trust in your relationship, it isn't a relationship, y'all just got relations.

6. Goals

If you have a plan for your future, that's exactly what girls want. If you are ambitious and determined on what you want in life, that's amazing. Set goals that you can accomplish and don't let anyone stop you.

7. Take Care of Themselves

Take care of yourself. Work out and stay in shape. If you like them thick, go ahead, that's fine. Stay in shape and take care of hygiene. Don't wear smelly clothes, smell good. When you smell good, you'll do good.

8. Compassion / Sincerity

Mean everything you say. Don't pretend you care when you don't. If I tell you something and I am passionate about it, you should give a f***. I hate when I am telling a guy something and it's obvious they don't care.

9. Taste in Music

Without a doubt, we need to be able to vibe to the same music. I DON'T CARE. I need to be able to grab the aux in your car and play some jams you know too. If not, we might have a little problem.

10. Respect

Respect me and I will respect you, flat out. If you don't have respect in your relationship you basically aren't in one. Ya'll have to be able to respect each other on many types of levels and understand where each other comes from.

11. Sense of Humor

You have to be able to make me laugh. Most girls are big goof balls themselves so if you can make them laugh it's perfect. Goofy guys are the best because they don't care if they embarrass themselves. Make a girl laugh and you are definitely a keeper.

12. Religion

Come to church with me, pray with me, you can stay with me. Religion is a sensitive subject for some people but majority of girls want a partner they can have a spiritual connection with. Being able to talk about the equal love of God is such a powerful thing.

This is personally what I think a girl wants in a guy. Most of it should be common sense. Having a job, respect, loyalty but some other things people don't get. Being in love is fantastic and it's also wild. Unless you find someone who has all the qualities you want, it should be easy.

XOXO,

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
