What Your Favorite Food Says About You

Eating is probably one of most people's favorite past times. And while you may think that food is just something that brings you complete and utter joy, our favorite foods can tell more about us than we think. Here are a few of the most popular favorite foods. If yours is on the list, maybe you can agree that it does say something like that about you. If yours isn't, that in itself can tell you that you are unique.

Hamburger and fries. You are classic Americana. You probably have our national flag hanging outside your house and you celebrate the Fourth of July like nobody else. Tradition is one of your favorite things, and it doesn’t get much more traditional than a good ol’ burger and fries.

Chocolate. You live and breathe romance. Anyone can count on you for having a pint of Ben & Jerry’s in the freezer on those rough nights. Nicholas Sparks is probably your go-to author, and giving into temptation and enjoying the simple things is something you are an expert at.

Sushi. You thrive on adventure and the unknown. Traveling is one of your deepest passions, which serves you right because your favorite food is quite exotic. Moreover, you like to consider yourself well-versed in literature and the arts.

Ice cream. You are still a kid at heart. You were the little one who chased the ice cream truck without a care in the world and, now, you enjoy being around children who like to do the same. This makes you fantastic with kids and will make you an amazing parent.

Salad. You are a Lululemon-wearing, yoga-doing, health guru. Your drink of choice is most likely a “Skinnygirl” cocktail, and your dessert indulgence comes from nonfat froyo. If we ever need to find you, it’s safe to say you’ll be hiking the mountains or surfing the waves.

Macaroni and cheese. You are a traditionalist. You find the utmost joy in the classics, whether it is movies, books, or art. While it is one of the simplest of foods, you adore it because it reminds you of childhood and easier days.

Pizza. You are the friend in the group who is always down to have a good time. Whatever it is -- a movie night or a night on the town -- everyone enjoys being around you. You are always there for people, and no one can ever really get sick of you - much like pizza.

Tacos. You know that, sometimes, the smallest, hole-in-the-wall places have the best food. You may have a bit of a fiery side, like that Mexican kick you get in a taco, and people admire that quirk about you.

Now, what are you in the mood to go eat? Pizza? Sushi? Chocolate? All of the above?

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

eye roll

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
