The infamous music festival in the Caribbean that never happened was one of the most talked about scams in 2016. This documentary takes a look into the disastrous planning and fraudulent behavior that caused Fyre Festival to be a complete and utter failure. A mix of comedy and tragedy, this documentary delves into the shocking truth behind one of the most poorly planned and funded events of the 21st century.

2. Knock Down the House

2018 was a huge year in Congressional elections as a record total of 117 women were elected into office. This Netflix documentary delves into the personal lives, struggles, and campaign trails of three women who ran for Congress in 2018.

3. Jailbirds

If you are a fan of "Orange Is The New Black" this documentary will definitely strike your interest. "Jailbirds" delves into the lives of several incarcerated women, serving time at Sacramento County Jail. The five part docu-series follows the journeys of several women and their experiences behind bars.

4. Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes

With the premier of "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile" starring Zac Efron and Lily Collins, the life of Ted Bundy has been quite the talk in pop culture. The docu-series highlights the life of the infamous, handsome psycho killer of the 1970's and tries to get to the truth behind his killings.

5. JFK: The Making of a President

Many people remember JFK for his assassination in Dallas, Texas; however, there is much more behind John F. Kennedy that led him to becoming the 35th President of the United States. The film take a close look into Kennedy's early life and his transition from a rowdy school boy to a powerful man in politics.

6. Blackfish

Get ready for the tears, because "Blackfish" will definitely pull at your heart strings. The famous documentary examines the disturbing truth behind SeaWorld and the dangers of keeping whales in captivity. The film goes in depth about the tragic deaths associated with SeaWorld and the harm the popular amusement park inflicts on killer whales.

7. Dirty Money

If you are interested in business and business fraud, "Dirty Money" is definitely worth watching. This documentary explores the corruption behind big corporations and their executives.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling. I like to laugh and smile -- not to quote Buddy the Elf in April, but smiling is my favorite! It is probably my favorite go-to expression. However, what a lot of people do not see is that I have my down days. I have days when smiling and laughing is a real struggle, or when I have so much on my plate that going out of my way to behappy takes more effort than I have stored in me. Be it a symptom of college and growing up or a facet of life, I cannot always be content.

Life is all about twist and turns, sideways and which ways. Nothing is permanent, so we should take risks, and chase our dreams. We are taught at a young age many lessons that will follow us into adulthood. What we aren't taught is how to feel, and how we handle those emotions. We just have to figure them out ourselves, and that's not fun. In my 21 years of living, I have come to know that way too many people can't handle emotions, or the fact that not everyone is dead inside like them. When you're like me, and you have zero control over your emotions, it's hard to feel comfortable around people who aren't so in touch with themselves. As much as I would like to feel nothing at times, I've accepted who I am and the fact that I can cry over practically nothing. So, there are some things in life that you just have to do.

8. When you have so much to do, and such little motivation to do it.

13. When they're serving good food in the dining hall.

14. When someone tries to tell you what to do.

15. Or just your thoughts about life in general.

We all have that "I don't care" attitude.

1. Most students just take life day by day.

2. That means procrastinating, one day at a time.

3. College students don't mind dressing like crap sometimes.

4. In fact, dressing nice feels weird.

5. College students get so stressed that they contemplate dropping on a daily basis.

6. But most find another solution to deal with that stress.

7. And that solution can be pretty cheap. Anything over $5 is expensive.

8. One of the only things college students will spend money on is coffee.

9. College is just really expensive and you never forget how expensive it is.

10. But hey, we're getting a somewhat high-quality education, right?

11. We all really just want to pet dogs all day.

12. And eat pizza for every meal.

13. And stab the next person who asks us what we want to do with our life.

14. However, despite the stress and student loans, college is amazing and there's plenty of reasons to smile.
