According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, anxiety is, "apprehensive uneasiness or nervousness usually over an impending or anticipated ill." I want you to be aware of signs that you're suffering from anxiety, even though you may not think you are, or you don't want to seek help. The textbook definition makes it seem simple, but anxiety is quite the opposite of that.

Tackle your anxiety with a fighting force, and know you can learn to control it or make it subside over time.
