1. When you put too much weight on the bar and can't lift it.

2. When your face gets so red and people think you're going to pass out when in reality you're just really white.

3. When you didn't hydrate and almost pass out doing burpees.

4. When you're using the machine all wrong, but nobody tells you.

5. When you're running on the treadmill and sound like a herd of elephants.

6. You see someone curling 50s on each arm and you're only using body weight.

7. People be flexing in the mirror like some bodybuilder and you can't even look at yourself in the gym mirror.

8. Someone is doing pull ups all wrong, but you can't judge because you can't even do one.

9. Wanting to do squats, but afraid of being judged by the only other person in the gym.

10. When you think you're in shape, but then only make it 10 minutes running.

11. The people who grunt and yell pep talks to themselves and everyone ends up staring at them like, "who are you?"

12. Taking Zumba for the first time and not understanding why the instructors are pointing everywhere.

13. When they're no towels left so your gray shirt becomes your towel.

14. When your trainer makes you do a new move and you just know you look like a fool.

15. When you forgot your headphones so you awkwardly people watch or stare at the subtitles on the TV.

16. When you decided to wear shorts instead of leggings and know your workout has to be shortened.

17. Seeing someone you know and avoiding eye contact so you don't have to start a conversation with sweat dripping down your face.

18. Watching other people to see what new workout exercises you should try.

19. Being out of breath after your second jump squat.

20. Knowing that you love working out after you leave the gym and your workout is over.
