West Liberty University As Told By Spongebob
Lovemark

As a fifth year senior, I hold West Liberty University close to my heart. Not only have I created a mass amounts of memories, I have made life long friends as well. Sure, most of the time my brain feels like mush from studying and my wallet is empty because a cup of coffee is $5; I still love this place. Here is a friendly reminder about why you decided to come to the Hilltop, as told by Spongebob Squarepants.

1. How you feel on Thursday morning, so you can go out Thursday night.

2. How it feels on the Hilltop when the first snow falls.

3. "It's Stir-fry day!"

4. Leaving class on Friday like...

5. When you have to go to the Financial Aid office...

6. When the bar has half price appetizers...

7. When you have to walk from the Library to the FAB in the snow/rain.

8. Getting ready with your friends Thursday night...

9. How everyone feels Friday morning.

10. How you feel when you get your refund check.

11. How you feel 10 minutes later when you spent it all on Books.

12. Knowing that you are at a school in the middle of nowhere but you love it anyway.

If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Stop Hollywood

Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it.
