Hello everyone,
As you know it's that time of the year when bands will begin to announce all their fall tours that get every fan pumped and excited to see what is next. This October in New Jersey come the festival called Loud Fest. Loud Fest is a two-day event where bands from all over will come to perform for hundreds of people. The venue is called GameChangerWorld, it's not the biggest in the world but is safe because there's zero alcohol sold there. At GamechangerWorld there are three stages which are the main stage, the lab (smaller than the main stage), and once in a while the living room (known as their game room). This year's Loud fest takes place October 15th-16th which is two and a half weeks earlier than last years. Notable performances from last year's Loud fest includes blessthefall, Oceans Ate Alaska, Too Close Too Touch, Cane Hill, Hands Like Houses, I the Breather, and Stick to your Guns. Seems like an awesome lineup to last year's Loud Fest. This year's Loud Fest has thrown a lot of good acts this year as this year's lineup is somewhat bigger than last years. Notable bands this year includes Ice Nine Kills, Set It Off, Secrets, Sylar, Palisades (NJ natives), Broadside, and Slaves. That's only day one but day two is the heavier acts which include WhiteChapel, Suicide Silence, Oceano, Lorna Shore(other NJ natives), Sworn In, and My Enemies and I.
Loud Fest is also a great way to find some new local bands this year's locals include No Parallels, Burning Ashes, Idle Minds, When In Doubt, Stronger Than Death, and a lot more locals. Note the first day is like heavy combined with pop/punk and scream-o with Ice Nine Kills and Set It Off co-headlining. The second day is sensationally heavier as you got WhiteChapel and Suicide Silence being the co-headliners that day. Let's recap here day one will involve the mellow crowd at the end of the day for Set It Off but will be insane throughout the day. Day two will be chaos as the moshpits and deathwalls will open up on the floor so it's safe to say veryoen take cover or find shelter. So if you are in the tri-state area or nearby come out to one of the days or both days if you want to experience some craziness and some chaos from those moshing on the second day. Tickets are still on sale at $25 dollars for one day and $45 for the weekend pass and doors on both days open up at 1:00 pm. Note there are no VIP tickets, no meet and greet tickets to charge you extra as all the bands are open to meet and take pictures with all of their fans. You can only find this only in New Jersey so come out and enjoy your day. Rock on everyone!!!!!
