The first week of classes only seems to get rougher the older you get. Remember freshmen year when we actually had a syllabus week? Yeah, me either. Now the slides go from syllabus straight to lecture one and it's too much to take at once. Add in the awkwardness that is ice breaker games they still make us play, and we're all just amazed we made it to the end of the first week. But if anyone understands being awkward and uncomfortable, it's Chandler Bing. "Friends" resident funny guy totally gets what it's like to suffer through the first week back at school.
"Tell us your name and a fun fact about yourself."
Icebreakers are the absolute worst.
Professors thinking it's okay to ask about your career goals.
The time after college is a scary place we don't like to think about.\
Seeing all the freshmen having fun during syllabus week, but you already have mountains of homework.
Who thinks it's okay to assign 4 chapters of reading the first week of school?
"You will not be graded on attendance"
Because let's be real, taking attendance is so high school.
Trying to survive your 8 AM.
Why on Earth did you think this would be a good idea?
When the slide goes from Syllabus to Lecture One.
When it's finally Friday.
Congrats! You survived another first week of school! Good luck with the rest of the semester!
