Getting some sun in the summer is also another way to find some peaceful moments throughout your week. Tanning naturally is the healthiest and putting the right amount of sun tan lotion is key to absorbing healthy skin! I know from the cold winter months the sun feels amazing on your skin.

3. Hit the beach for a run!

Going to the beach is also another great activity to do during summertime, but also incorporating fitness is a perfect mix! So taking advantage of the beautiful beach and using it for a healthy purpose is essential.

4. Eat summer fruits and vegetables!

Watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, corn, tomatoes and zucchini are all great summer fruits and vegetables! Maybe going picking for any summer fruits or vegetables could be a great activity during the summer!

5. Take a swim!

No matter in a pool or ocean, swimming is such a great exercise to accomplish! During the winter time this exercise is hard to accomplish but in the summer it is so easy to achieve this exercise! They say swimming is one of the best exercises you can do.

6. Take a bike ride.

Another great exercise to do in the summer is take a bike ride. They also say bike riding is another great exercise. Finding some great biking trails should be essential when trying to accomplish a healthy summer.

7. Enjoy nature.

During the summer season it is perfect to appreciate nature. By going on nature walks, going outside more and just taking time to enjoy what we call Earth!

8. Drink water.

I know from experience drinking water is a hard task to achieve. But recently as summer is approaching I have strictly been sticking to drinking water. It helps so much, especially in the heat. It makes you feel healthy and hydrated!

9. Stick to a health routine.

Sticking to a daily routine is a big part of promoting a healthy lifestyle. By waking up early and doing your daily exercise this will promote your daily routine.

10. Find time for self-care.

Finding time for what makes you happy is important as a human being. Being able to do hobbies and activities you enjoy will make you feel better about yourself. So it is important to find time to do certain things that make you happy.

11. Stress less - it is summer!

Summer should not be about being stressed out. Summer is the only time of the year when it is OK to go out during the week! Take advantage of the great summer nights we have.
