It's that time of the semester. As the weather gets colder and final projects loom closer, it can be difficult to find motivation to be productive. This is when you must break out these motivational strategies.

1. Think Positively

If you believe that you will be productive, you will be productive.

2. Put Down Your Phone

When you take away this mindless time-sucking device, you will be surprised by how much more time you have.

3. Have Fun

Oftentimes going on a mini-adventure with friends is all you need to find revived enthusiasm.

4. Make to do lists.. and then cross items off

Nothing is more satisfying than crossing off tasks that you have successfully completed.

5. When all else fails, drink a ton of coffee

Because coffee is always the answer.

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.
