I received $75 in Chipotle gift cards for Christmas this year. For graduation I was gifted a $100 Chipotle gift card. The trend here is not only because I am a frequent customer.
What my family calls an "unhealthy obsession", is actually the opposite. Chipotle offers your body many nutrients and as someone who has newly entered the Vegan Community, I can appreciate the fact that they have a spectrum of Vegan options.
Chipotle's menu includes items that can help with cardiovascular disease, cancer prevention, weight loss, night blindness, Respiratory conditions, Immune Systems disorders, and the obvious one with a Mexican restaurant, digestion.
According to Organicfacts.net, "Most of the health benefits of chipotle are attributed to its vitamin, minerals, and other nutritive content, including capsaicin, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, and dietary fiber, as well as vitamin A, vitamin K,vitamin C, vitamin B6, and potassium."
One of their healthiest attributes is in their jalapeno peppers (which are also put into their salsa). Their jalapeno peppers are imported mostly from Mexico and are smoke-dried which basically means that they were left on the plant until they reached a certain maturity and then smoke dried for several days after being picked.
With benefits as great as these, I thoroughly encourage all foodies out there to give it a try if you have not. If you have, good for you.
