The easiest way to stay healthy and even shed pounds is to stay hydrated. I've had mine for 3 years now and it's taken multiple falls down steep cliffs while hiking and has been to about 10 countries! They're super durable and also have lines on the side that help you determine just how much water you've chugged down!
