Have you always wished on that long car ride, you could watch Netflix without using all your data?
Well, now you can! Yes, you heard me right.
I myself love watching Netflix but, unfortunately, I have a data limit. So when I heard the news, I was so excited that I was officially able to watch all of my favorites on the go. So once the app updated, I decided to check it out. Once I opened the app, I quickly clicked my all-time favorite show, "Grey's Anatomy."
I was hoping to download every single episode so I can watch it wherever I am. Once I clicked on it, I did not see a download option. I do not think I have ever been so disappointed in my life. I was really looking forward to watching my favorite show wherever I go, but that dream was crushed.
I decided to check out there "available to download list" to see what the actual options were. The list was a pretty good size; I will give Netflix credit for having hit shows on the list. Some of those shows include "Jane the Virgin," "Orange is the New Black," "Dexter," "Supernatural" and more. The movie selection was OK, nothing really caught my eye.
While this is a wonderful idea on Netflix's part, I wish they would make one change. I wish everything on Netflix was available to download. I know for me I'm a die hard "Grey's Anatomy" fan, who loves rewatching every episode a million times. Unfortunately, I'm not willing to spend hundreds on the box set. So while I'm on board with this genius idea, I wish they would just expand their available-to-download list.
