The other night I found myself scrolling through Netflix before bed just like I do every other night. However, I wasn't feeling the normal “Family Guy” or “American Dad” vibe that I’ve grown accustomed to. So after searching for about 15 minutes I stumbled across the cult classic gang film “The Warriors” and I was very excited.

I hit play immediately. I was instantly taken back to being a kid and sitting in the living room with my dad telling me all about how we had to watch this. He'd say “you’ll love it,” and I did. It’s been one of my all time favorite movies ever since.

I could probably quote the entire film if I ever needed to. After my first time watching it you probably could here me screaming the iconic quotes “Warriors come out and playyaayyyye” or “Can you dig it?” at my brother or sister if you happened to be passing by our house.

In 2005, “The Warriors” video game was released. My brother and I played for hours on end. Day or night, if you were looking for us we were probably glued to the Playstation 2. I think we beat the entire game in three days.

Even though it was late I ended up watching the entire movie. It made me think about how cool it would be to see a remake with modern technology. So I went to Google and searched “The Warriors remake” and apparently I wasn't the only one who thought it'd be awesome to see a remake.

Joe and Anthony Russo were already on top of it. Known for smashing the box offices with their Captain America films “The Winter Solstice” and “Civil War,I feel it’s safe to say the remake is in good hands. The Russo brothers are teaming up with writer Frank Baldwin and turning the movie into an entire series that will be on Hulu.

Can you dig a Warriors remake? I know I can.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.
