WallPops: Instant, Convenient, and CHIC

The feeling of leaving your room at home (the one you took all of your adolescent years to perfect) is hardly one to adore. Even if you aren't a freshman that recently moved into a dorm, college students of all ages find themselves in new houses or apartments year after year. After all, when is anything ever set in stone at this point of our lives? And with your new, cozy rooms, you want new themes, new designs, new everything! Because you just want to create that perfect little niche.

Unfortunately, decorating is both expensive and time consuming, and unless you have an interior designer that can create your dream room (or an unlimited budget from your parents), you may just have to settle in a so-so space, right? Wrong. If you haven't yet discovered WallPops (even the name is cute!), you are doing life wrong. These are wall décor that may be easily peeled and stuck to your wall, giving your room an immediate pop of vibrancy and even homeyness. They are very affordable too, so you don't have to worry about that college budget of yours! To give you a better sense of this magical invention, think of WallPops as stickers that can be easily removed/reused and won't mess up the wall paint (don't you want to get that deposit back from your landlord after you move out?), or as artwork that doesn't require an annoying frame or tacks to hang up.

The best thing about WallPops is that there is something for absolutely everyone. Browsing through their website, wallpops.com, may seem a little overwhelming at first because of all of the fabulous designs and artwork to choose from. Don't fret though, because you can shop the products in great precision by theme (flowers, frames, ocean, skylines, sports, and more...)-- you name it, they have it! You can also browse through the WallPops depending on what room you are purchasing them for. Maybe you want something ocean-themed for the bathroom, or a Jonathan Adler (yes, they have these!) one to help create a classy girl's room. I, myself have an Eiffel Tower WallPop hanging in my room, which adds to my "City of Light" theme, and expresses my love for all things Parisian! You can even mix and match them and create an entire wall of beauty. Don't think you can reach that level of creativity? Fear not, the website gives you countless photos and videos of pre-arranged ideas so you can create your perfect space.

These are not only chic-- they can be useful and convenient, for there is an entire selection to choose from of Dry-Erase WallPops. From calendars to message boards, these become your personal canvas. Whether you use one to write down your favorite quotes (there's a vintage message board that I absolutely adore), scribble down funny things with friends, or keep up with your crazy schedule using a cute calendar (it is finals week, after all), they add charm to any space. The Dry-Erase WallPops could also be a personal and creative gift! You could write silly inside jokes that you have with a friend on an adorable message board for her birthday, or even use one to give sly hints to your Little during Big/Little Week if you are in a sorority.

Last but not least, WallPops are not just for walls! Their versatility allows them to be put on anything with a flat surface. Use them to decorate old furniture, spice up the dull window or the refrigerator, and more! It's all up to you.

So, take a look at these and use them to add a little spice and excitement to your room, or even your whole house or apartment! WallPops are tasteful and will give you that amazing room you've always wanted, but they also reflect who you are, for there is so many to choose from. Pick wisely, but if you are ready for a change, there is nothing stopping you. As the company says: "Change your mind? Change your design!"

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.

The dynamics of any friend group are usually determined by the personalities which make it up. Chances are, while personalities may overlap, each person in your friend group holds his or her own place. It is the differences which bring the groups together and keep them functioning. No matter how functionally dysfunctional your friend group may be, if you're anything like me, you feel absolutely blessed to have found such a wonderful group of humans to call "your people."
