Waking Up As Told By The Golden Girls

If you're remotely like me, waking up is one of the worst things that happens to you. Having to open your eyes and drag your body out of bed to start the day almost feels like a jail sentence.

Once you get up, have mechanically brushed your teeth, have slumbered through a shower and have correctly dressed yourself, the day isn't all that bad. However, we all know that waking up still sucks.

So here's what waking is up like as told by The Golden Girls. (I call them Bae 1, 2, 3, and 4. We have a special relationship.)

Sleep is something that deserves to be loved and taken quite heavily.

So when you open your eyes after a slumber, you realize the horror of your situation.

Now you have to turn off the alarm. Your spite will do it for you.

You immediately know just how you'll feel for the rest of the day.

You're not happy and neither is anyone else.

You realize that you probably cannot go on living this way, so you say your morning prayers.

There's not an answer, so you turn to your darker side for comfort.

The dark side doesn't answer either, so you turn to your only other option.

Finally, you realize that you just have to get up, which feels like a foreign concept.

You drag yourself to the bathroom...

...and accept the fact that you're going to have to get on with your day.

But it's okay because you've got your friends and they're worth the morning struggle.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.
