Pancakes. You can't go wrong with them. Here's a great recipe for some vegan pancakes that are to die for:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of each: oat bran, corn flour, barley flour, brown rice flour, whole-wheat pastry flour, whole wheat, rye or other flour
2 T. soy milk powder
1 T. brown suar
1/4 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
2 C. water
1/4 c. flax (or substitute egg)
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, add in wet. Use about 1/4 c. per pancake. Cook as you would regular pancakes.
