There once was a city of vampires.
They were living in a devil like town.
They had black souls and sharp fangs,
That ate everything that came around.
But among them was a child, forever frozen in time.
He was sad he was a vampire and would cry when normal people passed by.
He knew their visit would be cut short by the appetites of his fellow undead.
So he swore he wouldn't eat anything, he remained pure of heart and starved instead.
The other vampires soon abandoned him and his world began to fall apart.
He was now all alone in this devil town and decided to wait for the sun to rise.
For he would burn and turn to ashes, but would no longer have to compromise.
When he flew on the roof of the tallest building as the morning was about to approach,
He felt something strange happening, and was no longer quite as cold.
Because he wouldn't live a life as a normal vampire, the blood in his veins replenished and now he was like any other.
His heart started to pump and beat, he was becoming human again.
Realizing that his fate had changed, the boy began to smile.
He could now leave the devil town, but now that he was happy, he decided to stay awhile.
