Consider location and market value, to name just two factors. In a city like Vadodara, you can find real estate of all kinds—from affordable homes to stratospheric luxury condos. Although it is a peaceful city, it is the least bit boring. The MS University of Baroda is among the only few universities where student elections take place very seriously and with great zeal and enthusiasm. It has good schools and colleges, public gardens, libraries, local cafes, and clubs. The city is also very lush and green owing to the many gardens, big and small alike. These gardens are thronged on Sundays and holidays and so are the beautiful bridges. To name some famous gardens, Nimeta Garden in Ajwa, Kamati Baug also known as Sayaji Garden are not just patches of greenery but also have rides like in amusement parks. Sayaji Baug also has a zoo, museum, amusement park, restaurants, a train, and a lot more! You can be sure to find many Barodians here on any given day.

This makes it a great place to invest in residential properties. It is advisable to buy property in Alkapuri Vadodara when going for residential or even commercial. The area has a lot of hustle and bustle, offices are near and have every facility and infrastructure close by. Other good areas for new residential projects in Vadodara are Gorwa, Akota, Manjalpur, Ellora Park, Vasna Bhayali, and Padra.

Industries

Investors are also eyeing Baroda because of its industrial areas of Halol and Waghodia that can make businesses prosper. Industrial cities like Bharuch and Ankleshwar are near neighbors and this is also why industrial investment in the city has seen quite a growth in the past 7 years in terms of investments. Industries like Alembic, Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd, L&T Technology Services, Banco Products India Ltd., and more.

Vadodara city has great infrastructure and the people are amazing too, no wonder it is called the Sanskaari Nagari. The city has many markets like the very famous Mangal Bazaar and Kadak Bazaar while it also has many malls like the big Vadodara Central, Inorbit, 7 seas, and Centre Square.
