Ladies, It's Time To Stop Using Tinder Because You're Bored

In today's society, everyone has either heard or used Tinder at least once. Some people use it like they're reading the morning paper while others stay away from it. The reason why I'm bringing this up is because many millennial individuals turn to Tinder when they broke up with their significant other, got into a fight, or simply because of boredom. The dating pool on Tinder usually consists of overly-horny individuals who are looking for a "good-time," some who are even married, others who wish to see where things go or those who want to get into a relationship.

My issue is that there are people who use Tinder as a way to cope with breakups or because they are lonely or in a mood.

The thing is that I can't tell anyone who can and can't use the app, but please make it clear what you're looking for through the app. If you want a relationship, then just state it. If you want a hook-up, let that person know beforehand. If you go on Tinder due to boredom, while the person talking to you may be looking for something serious, please don't waste their time. I know people who use Tinder as their go-to as soon as they end a relationship and want someone to replace. I will tell you this firsthand that this is a bad idea. This will make you start comparing the new person to your ex and you will miss your ex more. On top of that, you end up wasting the other person's time.

Who knows, there are many good things that can happen when boredom strikes, but once feelings are involved, it may be a bad idea for you and the people you meet on Tinder.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
