Talia Schuyler

I am from Imperial, California, which is a small valley town just twenty minutes north of the Mexicali border. I love literature and the way that it connects people. So, in the future I want to be a literature teacher so that I can teach young people how to relate and understand people with other stories and understand how their own stories effect how they view the world. I want to work for The Odyssey to learn how to better use my voice as a writer and connect people to myself through my stories and perspective.
