it's pretty simple, i'm an 18 year old girl with anxiety growing up in the 21st century
my life has always been a back and forth with my mental health issues, and i always felt alone with my head and racing thoughts
i turned to the internet and started to search for books written by girls with similar experiences and I was shocked to find nothing
sure, there were self-help books written by therapists but I wanted to read raw emotions from girls who were still struggling, not about hope and how it all gets better with a smile
so i started writing hoping to maybe help someone like me one day
