Disney World is becoming an even more magical place with new attractions being added this summer and in 2019! As an avid Disney fan, I am ecstatic to enjoy the new attractions that include themes of "Star Wars," "Ratatouille," "Guardians of the Galaxy," "Toy Story," and more! Here are the top attractions being added to Mickey's home:

1. "Star Wars": Galaxy's Edge

A "Star Wars" land is being added to Hollywood Studios in 2019. This land will include two brand-new "Star Wars"-themed attractions. One attraction will make you feel like you are on a Star Destroyer inside a hangar bay, and the other attraction will make you feel like you're flying the Millenium Falcon. This land, called "Star Wars": Galaxy's Edge, will be so immersive that you will feel like you are in the movies.

2. "Ratatouille" Ride at Epcot

A 4-D "Ratatouille" attraction is being added to the France Pavillion in Epcot, which will surely attract many fans of both Remy and cheese! This attraction will make guests "shrink" to Remy's size and will scurry across Gusteau's Parisian restaurant, taking in the sights, smells, and sound.

3. "Guardians of the Galaxy" Ride at Epcot

The "Guardians of the Galaxy" ride will be added to Future World at Epcot, adding to its space travel theme. This ride will closely resemble the "Guardians" ride that recently debuted in Disney California Adventure. This ride will be located in the old location of Ellen's Universe of Energy.

4. "Toy Story" Land at Hollywood Studios

"Toy Story" Land is personally the most anticipated attraction being added to Disney World! This land will expand upon "Toy Story" Mania, a 4D arcade-themed ride that has been in Hollywood Studios for years. Two more rides will be added—Slinky Dog Dash and Alien Swirling Saucers. In addition, Woody's Lunch Box, a restaurant opened for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, will open for all of Woody's toy friends.

5. Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway at Hollywood Studios

This will be one of the few Mickey-themed rides at Disney World, which is so exciting! Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railroad will open in 2019. Disney Imagineers tell us that this attraction will be 2.5-D, meaning that it is like 3D, but no glasses are required! This ride will basically defy logic as it brings guests on a runaway train with engineer Goofy.

Disney never fails to make each and every one of its attractions magical, so I can't wait to see how these new attractions add to the magic!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
