Is it really that magical?

I know you've seen it... The pink and blue cotton candy looking drink flooding the internet one Instagram post at a time. Starbucks officially released their new "Unicorn Frappuccino" on April 19th. It is only available for a few days, as the fantasy drink officially leaves Starbucks locations on April 23rd. The drink, that contains no coffee at all, is said to have a mango and SweetTarts taste. But, as much as people love the drink, many people have also turned to the internet to show their disgust towards the coffee chain's new concoction.

First off, many people hate the taste of the new frappuccino. Customers find it very disappointing or just an overall unpleasant tasting drink. Not to mention that this drink is full of sugar, 72 grams to be exact.

Starbucks baristas also hate this new creation. Since this drink is more complex to make than your other average coffee drinks, you can see why baristas might let out a sigh when they get 13 orders of Unicorn fraps in a row. One barista even made a video of what seem to be a compilation of snapchat videos expressing his hate for the drink and telling people not to order it. You can even scroll through the Starbuck Reddit to see the tales of woe from baristas all over expressing their feelings about the new frappuccino.

As a Starbucks lover, I too tried to get the new, mystical drink. But, like many stores all over the country, they were already all sold out. So many people came in to get them that they didn't have any supplies left to keep the drink around until Sunday. However, I don't think the workers were too disappointed by that fact.

Pictures, tweets, and Snapchats still fill the internet regarding the Unicorn Frappuccino. The drink does looks aesthetically pleasing and has a nice look to add to you social media feed. It fits the "artsy" factor that most people look for when choosing photos to post online. Even my own university used the drink in a photo.

I guess I'll never know what this magic drink tastes like, but if this drink sparked up this much popularity, Starbuck might bring it back around. It definitely has increased Starbucks' popularity and internet users are basically giving them free advertising by posting about it. Pictures of the Unicorn Frappuccino are everywhere. But, maybe this drink will remain rare just like a unicorn. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

10 Thoughts Of A 5th Year Senior

What about those of us who don't do it all in four years?

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.

11 Times Aubrey Plaza Described Sophomore Year

"I don't want to do things. I want to do not things."

Aubrey Plaza is one of my favorite humans in Hollywood. She's honest, blunt, unapologetic, and hilarious. I just started my sophomore year of college, and found that some of her best moments can accurately describe the start of the school year.

1. When your advisor tells you that you should declare a major soon.

2. Seeing the lost and confused freshmen and remembering that was you a short year ago, and now being grateful you know the ins and outs of the campus.

3. Going to the involvement fair to sign up for more clubs knowing that you are already too involved.

4. When you actually do the reading required for the first class.

5. Seeing your friends for the first time since last semester.

6. When you're already drowning in homework during syllabus week.

7. Realizing you don't have the same excitement for classes as you did as a freshman.

8. Going home and seeing people from high school gets weirder the older you get.
