If you're like me, music is one of the most important parts of working out. It pumps me up and makes me work harder. If I am not listening to a great song that gets me excited, my workout will not reach its full potential.
I have found that throwback music, songs that I don't hear every day, can be the best music to pump me up during a workout.
I decided to create a throwback playlist so that we can all have an amazing workout and have fun doing it!
