I think we can all agree on one thing: some buckets are better than others. Sometimes this distinction comes from the materials with which the bucket is made. For example, wooden buckets are better at decorating spaces, but plastic buckets are far better during car washes. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't use something with holes or slats to contain water and soap, but I would definitely use that to hold plastic Easter eggs and other festive decorations. This decorative value really comes in handy during autumn where every aesthetic is OUTDOORS and OMG LEAVES ARE TURNING DIFFERENT COLORS. Admittedly, this is my mindset every time I look outside since my apartment faces a gorgeous wooded area. Some of the trees are starting to turn and it warms my heart, despite the crisp temperatures.
But enough babbling, let's get to the buckets!!!!!
1. Tin Buckets with Flowers on a Door
The pumpkin at the bottom of the frame really captures the autumn flair I think this artist was going for. Plus, the stress on the door reflects the literary theme of autumn being old age.
2. Acorns Spilling from a small, overturned bucket
This bucket is taking the term "Fall" literally and I appreciate it's commitment to the season.
3. Buckets Galore decorating a beautiful Autumn porch
4. Bucket supporting a group of Gourds
So Autumn, so beautiful
5. Buckets preparing for the next harvest
Never underestimate the value of a generic plastic bucket. These God-sends often help young plants get the start they need!
6. Apples in Buckets, So Autumn it hurts
7. Slatted buckets have limited but amazing purposes
8. A small bucket making a big statement
9. Alcohol Bucket
Would it be a bucket list if I didn't include a very important job which buckets handle expertly?!
10. The Most #Autumn Buckets EVER*
*I think that this statement is true given the warm fuzzy feelings I get when I think about smelling these buckets, but you can obviously disagree with me.
So what did I miss? Care to send in any of your own cool autumny bucket pictures?
