We all know that music can change our mood drastically. We tend to listen to the music that matches our mood more often than not. The best thing to listen to when you're feeling down are upbeat, feel good songs.

1. All Star- Smashmouth

You can't lie. When this song comes on, I know you sing along. Everyone sings along.

2. Don't Stop Believing- Journey

This is the ultimate feel-good song. You can't hate it, even if you try.

3. Pocketful Of Sunshine- Natasha Bedingfield

Emma Stone can't get enough of this song. Sure, she might have hated it at first, but that clearly didn't last long.

4. Breaking Free- High School Musical

If this song doesn't make you think of Troy and Gabriella nor make you happy, I don't know what's wrong with you.

5. 22- Taylor Swift

It's so catchy that you have to like it. Taylor Swift tends to have that effect on people.

6. Smile- Uncle Cracker

I listened to this so much when I was growing up that I can't help but sing along and, wait for it....SMILE when I hear it.

7. Soul Man- Blues Brothers

If you don't know the original, you at least know the Drake and Josh version. I'm pretty sure that it was every millennial's favorite TV show growing up.

8. Wasted Time- Keith Urban

It doesn't matter if you like country music or not; this song is great. Case closed.

9. Marry You- Bruno Mars

Who doesn't want to just run off and elope after hearing this song?

10. We're Young And Beautiful- Carrie Underwood

This song makes you cherish your youth. It's the time to go out and live it up.

11. Stacy's Mom- Bowling For Soup

This one shouldn't even need an explanation.

12. Dancing Queen- Abba

"Dancing queen, Young and sweet, Only seventeeeeeeen."

13. Good Vibrations- The Beach Boys

This song just gets me. It's so great.

14. Roar- Katy Perry

After she sang this at the Super Bowl, this was everyone's favorite song for a solid three weeks.

15. I Gotta Feeling- The Black Eyed Peas

I think tonight's gonna be a good night. How about you?

16. Best Day Of My Life- American Authors

Everyone I asked said that this song had to be on the list, so here it is.

17. Walking On Sunshine- Katrina & The Waves

Whether you're walking on it or have a pocketful of it, sunshine just can't seem to let anyone down. I see a theme here.
