When I was in high school I wanted the college dream. I longed for a picture perfect campus. I craved a place I could grow into an "adult" while having some fun. I hoped to find people that would eventually become my second family. That's why I chose the University of Idaho. Here are a few reasons you should consider attending the University of Idaho.

1. The campus is picture perfect.
2. We have an amazing staff from our fantastic professors (shout out to Steve Smith) to the people that work in financial aid, everyone wants to help you succeed.
3. We have amazing traditions, some dating back over 100 years, such as Serpentine or Mom's Weekend.
4. We have been ranked in the top 150 universities for research by Forbes magazine.
5. We have an amazing Greek life. With 26 chapters there is literally a house for everyone. (Go Greek!)
6. We are the one and only land-grant, flagship University of Idaho.
7. Tuition is cheap. (For both in state and out of state)
8. We have 16 varsity sports teams you can either play or root for.
9. We have over 30 areas of study to choose from, and over 200 clubs and organizations to help you find your passion.
10. We're Idaho's leading research university with more than $100 million a year to fund research and education.
11. We have the best bars, for instance the Corner Club which just won "Most Historic Bar" by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
12. We invented the tub. (If you don't know what it is ask a Vandal.)
13. We have a very high graduation rate. (Which is kinda the point of college, graduating)
14. There are a million ways to get involved and get experience in Moscow. There are multiple opportunities and never enough students.
15. Everyone is exceptionally friendly here, whether your car breaks down or you need help in a class Vandals always help other Vandals out.
16. We have amazing concerts. In the past we've had Macklemore, Group Love, and Chance the Rapper. Don't know who Chance the Rapper is? Check him out.
17. Our new president Chuck Staben. Why? Not only is he a really cool guy, but he cares more about you going to college, than going to the University of Idaho.
18. You can get a free kitten! Well, you can't but our University put this up on our website as joke for April Fools day. We're pretty funny.
19. Our downtown is mostly made up of coffee shops and bars. Either college students are studying or celebratin, and either way Moscow has got you covered.
20. Because how could you not fall in love with the University of Idaho?

Come visit our campus during Envision Idaho or Vandal Friday and fall in love, in my opinion, with one of the best Universities in the country. As always, go Greek and go vandals!
