Let’s face it, dogs are awesome and we often times love them more than we love people. Dogs are loving, loyal, smart as all get out, squishy, and cuddly. Many of us adore these cute furry creatures, but some of us can take this love to a whole new level of creepy. Below are eight signs you’re obsessed with your dog:
1. Daily FaceTime sessions.
Keep blowing those kisses at the phone screen please. You don't look stupid at all.
2. Missing your dog more than your actual family members.
A dog is more than just a pet. It is a family member, and whoever argues otherwise is someone who has definitely never had a dog before.
3. Two words: Cuddle Withdrawals.
Times can be really rough.
4. Baby talk is a part of your daily language.
Sometimes you forget that your dog isn't actually your "baby".
5. Your dog has more followers on Instagram than a normal dog would.
It's not creepy at all to make an Instagram account solely centered around pretending to be someone else, especially a small furry creature. And dogs totally always have Instagrams, right?
7. Your entire camera roll is filled up with pretty much hundreds of the same pictures and videos of your cutie pie rolling around and playing.
It's not a selfie unless your dog has made an appearance in it.
8. When you say that your dog is the only one you need, you really mean it.
Let's be real. Dogs make such better companions than humans ever would. Why go on shitty dates when you can receive unconditional love and have a cozy cuddle buddy?
