'Twas two weeks before midterms, when all through the school
the teens were crying, they couldn't keep their cool.
The flashcards were written and reviewed each day,
but the kids still hoped the wind would blow midterms away.
The students gathered their belongings at their desks,
while rumors circled of past testing regrets.
They put down their games and studied,
and study groups got all buddied.
While Thanksgiving brought food on a platter,
they tried to stay glued to the subject at matter.
The schoolwork was tremendous like a great mule,
and it brought to the students an amount of drool.
Now the exams draw closer but do not fret,
for freaking out won't help, you're all set.
Study the terminology and open the books,
your midterm won't be as bad as it looks.
