The fall season - cool weather, the beautiful transforming leaves, and of course, the return of those awesome TV shows that we know and love. Like previous years, fall 2015 has a great selection of TV shows that you may or may not be watching. Here’s a rundown of a few shows that might interest you.
"How To Get Away With Murder" (ABC)
If you haven’t seen Shonda Rhimes’ new hit, then you’re missing out on a crazy one. The Peter Nowack-written show about a group of law students and their teacher trying to cover up a murder continues to provide many twists and turns with every new episode. Starring Emmy-Winner Viola Davis and a strong cast of fresh faces, it’s become a favorite for many viewers. Not only that, it’s part of the ever-growing list of shows focusing on diversity in television.
"We Bare Bears" (Cartoon Network)
Animation fans are in for a real treat with "We Bare Bears." The Cartoon Network hit by Daniel Chong is becoming popular with the kids as well as with fellow adult animation fans for its breezy, feel-good style of writing. Along with that, it’s a show that provides endearing characters and heart-warming moments instead of filling the void with brainless humor. A future classic to be sure.
"Scandal" (ABC)
A show that needs no introduction - Shonda Rhimes’ hit show starring Kerry Washington continues to stir up drama and chaos with the story of a “fixer” falling in love with the President of the United States.
"Empire" (Fox)
Fox's hit music drama about an entertainment family and their struggles within the hip hop world has become a massive hit in television. It's been acclaimed for its characters, its writing, and of course, its hip hop soundtrack. Starring Terrance Howard & Taraji P. Henson in the lead roles and created by Lee Daniels & Danny Strong."Once Upon a Time" (ABC)
The hit fantasy drama where fairy tale characters become reality in the world of Storybrooke is definitely one to watch for Disney and fantasy fans. Starring a great cast with equally great writing, it definitely brings a new perspective to your favorite fairy tales.
