In This Article:

I'm not ashamed to admit that I love watching TV.

There are a few shows that never fail to make me laugh and have major re-watchability: Brooklyn 99, 30 Rock, Arrested Development, Friends, and Parks and Recreation.

Part of what makes these shows so special is the following one-liners that can be worked into everyday conversations.

1. "Cool, cool, cool, cool." - Jake Peralta: Brooklyn 99

Annoyed with your significant other? "Blerg!" Are the dishes piling up? "Blerg!" The plans you made two weeks ago and don't want to do anymore aren't getting canceled? "Blerg."

3. "I want to go to there." - Liz Lemon: 30 Rock

Tenor

When you get home from your last 12-hour shift before the weekend and you see that sweet, sweet bed.

"I want to go to there."

Looking at pictures of literally any beach.

"I want to go to there."

Daydreaming about moving to a state that doesn't get pummeled with snow during a bizzard.

"I want to go to there."

"I know!!!" - Monica Geller: Friends

Customer: "The doors are locked"

You: "I KNOW!!!" Go home Karen. It's 10 o'clock.

Significant other: "You were right."

You: "I KNOW!!"

"I've made a huge mistake." - Everyone: Arrested Development

Giphy

You: "I have to be up at 4, I should go to bed at 7."

You, lying in bed decorating your entire future home on Pinterest: "I've made a huge mistake."

"Treat yo self." - Tom Haverford and Donna Meagle: Parks and Recreation

Tenor

Me to me: "I really shouldn't have this chocolate molten lava cake."

Also, me to me: "Treat yo self."

"No touching!" - George Bluth Sr.: Arrested Development

Giphy

You: "NO TOUCHING!" *When literally anyone touches you without your permission.*
