To anyone who's feeling scared,
Donald Trump caused a social uproar by these words:
Did he honestly think people wouldn't have something to say about?
Sometimes I wonder if he thinks before he Tweets or if he Tweets as if it were a journal.
Here's how I envision it:
Dear Diary,
Today I want to not allow Transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military. I think it's best for everyone.
Love,
The Donald
You're lying if you tell me you can't see this happening either.
For now, the nation's military officials said in a letter on Thursday to Trump that there will be no changes to the military's transgender policy until after directions are sent to the Pentagon.
But anyway, people... I've been on social media for the past two days and although I've seen a lot of hate and discomfort towards Transgender people being in the U.S. Military, I've also seen a lot of hope.
Emergency Protests held around the country including in NYC and San Francisco. All the tremendous support from my Twitter:
In light of our darkest moments, support will shine through.
Each and every one of you are valued human beings - you deserve the world and I'm sorry this man can't see it.
I know this may not mean much to the LGBT community, but you are loved and millions of people are behind you in support.
From,
A Supporter
