What Trump Really Meant During The Second Presidential Debate

This is even worse than "binders full of women."

What Trump Really Meant During The Second Presidential Debate
John Cassidy

In case you missed the Second Presidential Debate and you, for some reason, really want to know what Donald Trump spewed - I mean said - throughout the event, this website has got you covered. There, you can read some of Trump's "best" quotations from the debate which occurred on Sunday the ninth.

However, if you had any trouble understanding the true meaning behind Donald's comments, have no fear; I'm here to help.

1. "That was locker room talk. I'm not proud of it... If you look at Bill Clinton, far worse, mine are words and his was action... There's never been anybody in the history of politics in this nation that's been so abusive to women."

"I talked about sexually assaulting women by literally grabbing their genitals, but can we please focus on the real issue at hand, which is the fact that, two decades ago, a sexual relationship between two consenting adults took place, and, yes, it was an inappropriate relationship, but both parties consent, and that's the real abuse happening to women."

2. "She went over a minute over and you don't stop her. I go a second over and you... it's really very interesting."

"Why aren't you allowing me to speak over a woman? Why are you not shutting her up and letting me talk? It's really very interesting."

3. "She calls our people deplorable, a large group... I'll be a president for all our people... African Americans, inner cities... Same with the Latino Americans, the Hispanic Americans... If she's President of the United States, nothing's going to happen. She's all talk, it doesn't get done."

"She called my violently racist and misogynistic followers 'deplorable.' She's being rude to a large amount of people who have repeatedly used the 'N' word and threatened to murder protesters... Forget that I threatened to rip immigrant families apart in order to get these damn illegals out of my pure white country. I'll be a good president to the Mexican people, and the blacks who live in the... oh, god where do they live again, the inner city? Is that it? Yeah, the inner city."

4. "I consider her statement about my children to be a very nice compliment. I'm very proud of my children."

"I'd f*** Ivanka."

5. "Nobody has more respect for women than I do."

"I don't respect women."

And that's what you missed on this week's episode of I Don't Want to Live on This Planet Anymore.

In case you're unaware, "resting bitch face" is the term used to describe when a person's natural, expressionless face makes it look like they are mad at the world. Whether they are walking down the street or simply spacing out thinking about what to eat for dinner, it's very easy for others to assume that this person is either upset or mad at them. Because of this, those of us with Resting Bitch Face (RBF), and especially us women, have all experienced many of the same situations and conversations, including:

We've all had a crush before. Whether it leads to something or nothing, the process has all been the same. The awkward feelings, the stalking, and the stress of trying to keep this huge secret. The feeling of becoming a total spazz is something that cannot be avoided, and the most spazzy family that can relate to this feeling is the Belcher's.

At the tender age of 18, we are bestowed with the title of “adult.” For 17 years, we live under the rules and guidelines of our parents, school, and government, and to stray from any of those rules or guidelines marks us as a rebel. At 18, though, we must choose which college we want to go to or what career we want. We are allowed and encouraged to vote. We can buy lottery tickets and cigarettes. We can drop out of school, leave our household, and do other "adult" things. At 18, we start down a path of thinking for ourselves, when for the entirety of our lives other institutions have been mandated to think and do for us.

What about those of us who don't do it all in four years?

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.
