Inspiration from this article spurs from malfunctioning computer programs, seemingly straightforward questions from clueless grandparents and criticism from older generations towards our own generation for being glued to our cellphones.
We all use technology every day. iPhones, laptops, iPads, desktops, iPods, TVs, DVDs, etc.
Regardless of how simple Apple and other technology companies make it seem, there are always countless chargers, cords, protective cases, keyboard covers, receivers and remotes that go with them. I, probably among others,Â

They make it seem like it's super easy to work your phone and/or computer when in reality, there are thousands of ways it can go wrong. WiFi connection, dead batteries and even water damage (the smallest things, #ugh) can cause the most enormous of problems.
We'd all like to pretend that technology is easy as 1, 2, 3 (cue Apple Holiday commercial 2k14), but in reality, it takes patience and a little help from a lot of friends.
