In a 2005 audio recording, Donald Trump was recorded making sexual comments about women with Billy Bush who was the host of Access Hollywood at that time. When talking about an unnamed woman, Trump made multiple remarks including "I did try and f*** her" and "I moved on her very heavily: and "I moved on her like a b****, but I couldn't get there. And she was married."

The comment that really caught people's attention was when Trump said, "You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful, I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet ... And when you're a star they let you do it, you can do anything ... Grab them by the pussy."

When asked about these remarks, Trump brushed off these "locker room banter" comments. Donald Trump posted a 90-second apology video where he said:

"I've never said I'm a perfect person, nor pretended to be someone that I'm not. I've said and done things I regret, and the words released today on this more than a decade-old video are one of them. Anyone who knows me knows these words don't reflect who I am. I said it, I was wrong and I apologize.

I have traveled the country talking about change for America, but my travels have also changed me. I've spent time with grieving mothers who've lost their children, laid-off workers whose jobs have gone to other countries, and people from all walks of life who just want a better future. I have gotten to know the great people of our country and I've been humbled by the faith they've placed in me. I pledge to be a better man tomorrow, and will never, ever let you down.

Let's be honest, we're living in the real world. This is nothing more than a distraction from the important issues we're facing today.

We are losing our jobs, we are less safe than we were eight years ago and Washington is totally broken. Hillary Clinton and her kind have run our country into the ground. I've said some foolish things, but there's a big difference between the words and actions of other people. Bill Clinton has actually abused women, and Hillary has bullied, attacked, shamed and intimidated his victims. We will discuss this more in the coming days. See you at the debate on Sunday."

This apology, as agreed by many news sources, sounds "forced and insincere."

In a very heated argument on CNN, Ana Navarro, a Republican commentator, and Scottie Nell Hughes, a CNN panelist argued about Trump's comments and his recent apology. Criticizing Republicans, Navarro remarked, "I think that every single Republican is going to have to answer the question, 'What did you do on the day you saw the tape of this man (Trump) boasting about grabbing a woman's pussy?"

After hearing this statement, Scottie Hughes in apparent anger said, "Will you please stop saying that word? My daughter is listening." This is when Navarro made her most powerful statement of the short clip by saying, "Don't tell me you're offended when I say 'pussy,' but you're not offended when Donald Trump says it!"

It's like the blind leading the blind.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
