From Book Fairs To Movies: Trolls
Hole in the wall

Do you remember when you were a little kid and your elementary school had the book fair? Those were the days. You begged your parents for money to go buy new books and other things. The craze of the book fairs was not just the books, it was also the Trolls that they sold. They were these little plastic figurines with crazy long hair. The hair kind of reminded me of Rapunzel's but not as long. The Trolls have just recently come out with their own movie this year and it is everything that you could have imagines as a kid.

The movie was the most amazing thing. The Trolls love to party. They love to sing, dance, throw parties etc. This movie followed the Troll's lives as the princess grew up. Once the princess grew up a tragic event happened that caused some of the Troll's to be taken away from their homeland. Princess Poppey travels away from her homeland to save her family.

She encounters many obstacles on her journey. She helps a maid get a date with a king. She saves all of her friends from her homeland. She also turns one of the Troll's colors back to normal instead of being dark and gloomy.

The stars of this movie include Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick. They portrayed their characters beautifully throughout the entire movie. In all of the songs that they did, they gave it their all like they always do.

This is one of my favorite movies. It shows you that when you encounter obstacles, you can't let yourself down. You have to keep moving forward. You have to push through the hard days to see the better days. No matter what comes in your way, you have to look past it and put it in the past. Don't look back on the past. Just keep looking towards the future and you will have the best life that you can make.

The book fairs back in elementary school and middle school were the times where we would go buy new books and read them for days on end and not worry about anything. Buying the Trolls figurines was so much fun and now that they made a movie, it has really shown me to not be so upset all the time. Put things in the past and leave them there. Look forward to the future and keep moving forward.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
