Trello has my back

It's spring, the season to clean and organize. At least that's what they say. It just so happens that I have really made a big push forward to make full use of a cool organizational tool that I'd heard about but never really got into using. I'm using www.Trello.com to organize my life! I started using it to plan for a trip that I took in 2018, but now I use it for almost everything. Here are just a few ways I use it. I use it to take notes for my classes, track my exercise, to keep track recipes that I find online, to organize makeup looks that I like, and I'm supposed to be using it to organize my housework. I love Trello. I have to admit that I started using it to organize my place, but I'm still having trouble sticking to a cleaning schedule. Trello.com might not encourage you to clean your toilet when you really don't feel like it, but it can let you know when it's time to clean that sucker, and it could help remind you of the last time that you did that dirty work.

There are plenty of ways to use Trello, and here's a more detailed example of how I use it. Since Trello is an organizational board comprised of categories and cards (so it looks like a giant grid) when I take notes for class, I write topics on each card and then I click on the card to reveal information about the topic. So, if I am taking a class on grammar, for example, I might have the word, "conjunctions" on the front of the card and have the types of conjunctions on the back of the card. In this example, I would make a different Trello board for each class that I take. It's also neat that I could attach things to each individual card, so it can also function a little like Pinterest.

So, you can have a Trello board with different hairstyles that you like, your dream cars, travel destinations for your next vacation, makeup looks, and just about anything else that you can image. You can attach images to create a large visual Trello board, and you can write more information about each topic on the description cards. Imagine that!

Access Trello on your Smart Phone and you can have your notes in an organized and easy-to-read Trello board wherever you are. I keep track of my workouts right there at the gym. Sure, I have a fitness tracker, but it's easier for my to check my Trello board on my phone and see all of the exercises that I need to do on that day and also see the reps and weights that I completed during my last visit. I always know what I've done and what I want to do next. It's up to me to get the work done.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
