Recently, I've developed a bit of a traveling addiction. This past year I had so many events in different states I needed to attend that I found myself traveling a lot. After traveling that much I developed a bit of an addiction. I seriously crave going on another trip, the second I come home from one I think of the next opportunity to go on another one. It's a bad habit but to me, traveling is one of the best feelings in the world.

Traveling is such an important part of people's lives. Traveling is good for the soul, it is a way to heal, it is therapy (expensive therapy, but it is therapy). At one point or another, we all feel as if we need to get away from our everyday lives. Maybe something big happens, maybe you're overwhelmed, or maybe you're simply just bored. We all feel the need to get away, some more than others, but it happens to all of us. Traveling can help so many people with so many different things.

Planning a trip can either be extremely fun or extremely stressful depending on your personality, but once the trip is up and running it's all stress-free fun from there. There's something about when you're sitting on the plane and take off, the stress seems to take off with the plane. Unless you're like me and have a fear of flying, then the stress goes away as soon as you land at your destination.

Whether it's a relaxing vacation filled with pool days, the beach, the spa, or it's a jam-packed, fun-filled adventurous trip, the stress is now relieved. You get to explore and maybe even go outside your comfort zone and explore new interests. Traveling can also help you to build confidence with yourself and even grow you closer to the people you are traveling with. You may even learn some new things along the journey.

The memories you make when you travel are truly irreplaceable. There's a lot of things you will be able to buy on your trip but there's one thing you can't and that's irreplaceable memories and experiences. Whatever you do, don't be sucked into your phone the whole time, take in the things around you. Take a deep breath of that fresh air, notice the little things and take advantage of this beautiful place you're at. However, do make sure you take lots and lots of pictures. I can't even begin to tell you how many trips I've been on that I wish I took more pictures. Take pictures with the people you went with, take pictures of the scenery, take pictures of every cool thing you see. I promise you will cherish these pictures later; almost as much as you will cherish the memories and the people you went with.

With that being said, you don't always have to travel long and far. You can take a road trip to somewhere. It's not about the distance, it's about the beauty and the memories you make. Take every opporunity you have to travel; I promise you will thank me later!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
