In mid-June an unique, yet popular week hits Las Vegas. That is EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival) Week. Yes, it will begin on June 12th, then end after EDC itself Monday June 19th. Just like Miami Music Week and Ultra, this week brings dance music artists and fans from all over the world to Sin City. From daily pool parties to night club events to EDC, there is so much to see an do in a place that never sleeps on a normal day.
In terms of Trance during EDC Week, lets preview some of the events sure to get everybody from strictly trance fans to fans of electronic dance music as a whole in attendance. Thursday June 15th sees two massive pool parties with Above & Beyond at Wet Republic and Dreamstate at Marquee Day Club.
As you can see the line-up for the Dreamstate Pool Partyincludes ATB, Ben Nicky, Markus Schulz, MaRLO, Ruben De Ronde, and Kristina Sky. The pool party vibe is unique to the week due to the nature of Las Vegas and weather.
Closing out Thursday will be another Dreamstate event at Tao Nightclub. The addition of all of these events for trance fans gives them choices to gear up for the complete line-up at EDC. The line-up that night will include Paul Van Dyk, Aly & Fila, John O' Callaghan, Vini Vici, & Solarstone. As you can see, the trance world is going to have a great EDC Week!
