Tracy Jordan is known for being the loose cannon of "30 Rock." He's unreliable and often gets involved in ridiculous situations. Even though he tends to make the lives of the other characters -- mainly Liz Lemon -- difficult, but even then he's extremely lovable and caring. Although Tracy often says and does off-the-wall things, he actually describes the life of a collage student pretty well.
