Sometimes, we just need a workout that leaves us feeling sore ALL over! For me, I love incorporating one full body workout into my week to make me feel like I took care of every single muscle group! Including one of these days into your week can be great if for some reason you're real busy with errands, work, holiday shopping, etc. and you don't have a lot of time to get several separate gym sessions in. In and out of the gym FAST!
