Who doesn't love Will Smith? Will Smith has been with me from my childhood up until now. From "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" to his numerous movies, I typically expect to enjoy a Will Smith movie every few months or so. Here is my top ten list of Will Smith movies.

10. Shark Tale

This is a hilarious, animated movie about a fish and a vegetarian shark joining forces in order to get what each of them desires. When a shark dies, Oscar (voiced by Will Smith) takes credit, and with Lenny (voiced by Jack Black) decides to create a persona where Oscar is a shark slayer. How long can their facade last?

9. I. Robot

In this film, Will Smith plays detective Del Spooner, a cop who has a fear of robots in a robot-centered world. When a murder occurs that no human could have possibly committed, It is up to Spooner to solve the crime.

8. Men in Black (series)

This is another movie in which Will Smith plays a police officer. The only difference here is that instead of robots, he is facing threats that our planet isn't quite ready to embrace. With hi-tech weaponry, an experienced partner, and space worms, Jay and Kay will take on any aliens who threaten Earth.

7. Bad Boys (series)

This is the last last cop movie on this list. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence play two cops who investigate a case about stolen heroin while also protecting a witness to a murder. This movie series is filled with enough action and comedy to keep you entertained.

6. Hitch

Moving away from cops and action and into love and comedy, Will Smith plays a love doctor who helps other men find love. However, his skills are put to the test when he tries them on a gossip columnist played by Eva Mendas.

5. Enemy of the State

Corrupt politicians, NSA surveillance, and Murder are all wrapped into this nice, little package called Enemy of the State. When Lawyer Robert Dean is framed for murder because a videotape detailing the real murder somehow ends up his is possession. He has to avoid being caught all while trying to prove his innocence.

4. Seven Pounds

This is arguably one of the best films about redemption in our lifetime. Seven Pounds follows Ben, a man with deep secrets as he attempts to change the life of seven people for the better. If this movie doesn't touch even the coldest of hearts, nothing will.

3. I am Legend

After a deadly virus kills and transforms humanity into monsters, One survivor and his dog attempts to find a cure against all odds.

2. The Pursuit of Happiness

Did I say that if Seven Pounds doesn't touch your heart, nothing will? Well this movie might. Based on true events, Will Smith plays Chris Gardner, a salesmen who gets custody of his, son played by Jaden Smith. As life gets harder, Gardner struggles with being in poverty, being homeless, and caring for his son. The lengths he goes in order to fight for a better life should be inspiration for us all.

1. Independence Day

A classic is simply all I would need to say about this movie. Before movies like "The Battle of Los Angeles", "War of the Worlds" and well..."The Avengers," Alien Invasion was done right with Independence Day. As strange events start occurring on earth it is up to a group of people to battle near impossible circumstances.

Have you seen any of the movies on this list? Which movies would you have added?

April Ludgate
NBC Universal

Everyone who is in college right now, or has ever been, knows the struggle of pulling in the strings at the last second. It seems impossible, and you have to do a LOT of things in order to assure your future for the next semester.

April Ludgate, historically, is a very annoyed person, and she doesn't hide it. Of all the times that I binged and re-binged "Parks and Rec," her attitude relates more and more to me.

To The Cheerful Person On Their Rainy Days, You Are Valid

The world is not always sunshine and rainbows, and you do not have to be, either.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling. I like to laugh and smile -- not to quote Buddy the Elf in April, but smiling is my favorite! It is probably my favorite go-to expression. However, what a lot of people do not see is that I have my down days. I have days when smiling and laughing is a real struggle, or when I have so much on my plate that going out of my way to behappy takes more effort than I have stored in me. Be it a symptom of college and growing up or a facet of life, I cannot always be content.
