1. If you are from MN like I am it usually snows around the time of November- March. So you can see that I am used to seeing snow. Depending where you go to school perhaps out- of- state in this case the environment will change such as the weather and it will take some time to get used too.
2. Starting fresh at a new school means you get to meet new people. New people are a good way to get out of your dorm and to hang out!
3. Remember even though it is good to get out there to be involved with the community make sure to to put school first as your number one priority. It will help out with your career and it will help pay off in the end.
4. In college there are many ways to get involved! Ranging from clubs, student organizations, and so much more! Just find what you like to do and perhaps continue on with that. There are things at school usually throughout the week going on. Try to go to the ones that interests you the most.
5. Lastly, just remember to enjoy your college four years. Even though I am a freshman who is writing this I bet that college would go fast at a blink of an eye just like high school. Do the things that you want, work hard to get the grades you want, and overall just enjoy the moments. There will be so many wonderful memories that will happen throughout the years and honestly I cannot wait myself to see what its in store for the future.
