Top Ten Disney Tattoos To Get

Tattoos have meanings, so why not get a Disney tattoo that has a deep meaning to most of them?

There are many Disney tattoos that I love, but probably wouldn't get myself. Although, after researching for hours, I have found the best ten Disney tattoos that anyone could get. A lot of them are small, but they are still remarkably cute!

1. Andy's Name from Toy Story

For those who are brave, this tattoo would be awesome to have, especially if you are a big Toy Story fan. This is a very painful spot, so I wouldn't really recommend getting this tattoo though.

2. Original Disney Castle

This is absolutely one of my favorites! I love this Disney castle (and the new one) and how simple it looks. You could put this tattoo anywhere, and it would still look magical! However, I would probably add a small Tinkerbell at the end of the loop to make look like the intro of a film and Walt Disney's signature.

3. Beauty and the Beast's Rose

For those who love Beauty and the Beast, this one is creative and fun to have. You could even add a lyric, quote or the glass case around it to give it more of the Disney feel. This would also be great for those who are starting or wanting a tattoo that isn't too big or detailed.

4. Rafiki's Drawing of Simba from the Lion King

There were many different versions of the Simba tattoo with quotes from when Rafiki paints the red mane around Simba's head to show he is alive. I chose this one because of how great the design is, the color, and the Disney font.

5. A Lyric from Alice and Wonderland

This one is pretty clever, because it's a play on words from the scene of Alice lying in a field of daisies, and I love the lyric shaping into a daisy itself. However, this does make me wonder where such a tattoo can go?

6. A Quote from Winnie the Pooh

This tattoo is so beautiful. The drawing of the tree and bees goes a long with the animation from Winnie the Pooh, and the quote itself is very motivating. If you love Winnie the Pooh very dearly, then I highly recommend this tattoo!

7. A Sceen Shot from Pocahontas

During the song "Colors of the Wind," Pocahontas is is turning with the high speed wind, and this tattoo shows that perfectly. I have seen another one similar to this tattoo with color, but I like the black lines a whole lot better for the little detail it has because you don't really need a whole lot to get the same idea.

8. Inspiration from Dumbo

To me, I find this encouraging to stay who you are, no matter how different you look, and especially since everyone is unique in their own way! However, I would add eyes to Dumbo, because without them they look kinda creepy...right?

9. The Sun Flower Symbol from Tangled

The sun flower symbol is wonderful, but I love the purple that pops it out. There were others that had purple and pink flower designs around it, but I thought the flowers made the design too busy. Anyway, this is a fun tattoo that could be placed wherever because it's that awesome!

10. Ohana from Lilo and Stitch

For the last one, I fell in love with with the image of Lilo's and Stitch's friendship with the saying that is repeated throughout the movie. It's a beautiful message that is true and loving. If doesn't make you melt from the inside, then I don't know what else will.

I hope you enjoyed these ten Disney tattoos like I did, and who knows? You may get one of these. I know I would (if I wasn't scared of needles)! Let me know what you think of them or even share others that you found even better than mine!

For those long nights that turn into mornings when the struggle is real.

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

28 Daily Thoughts of College Students

"I want to thank Google, Wikipedia, and whoever else invented copy and paste. Thank you."

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate
Mental Floss

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

As this semester wraps up, students can’t help but be stressed about finals. After all, our GPAs depends on these grades! What student isn’t worrying about their finals right now? It’s “goodbye social life, hello library” time from now until the end of finals week.
