My family may be Yankee's, but I definitely grew up in the south. I grew up on country music like most wouldn't believe! My Mama always says that the first song I sang along to was "Three Wooden Crosses" by Randy Travis. And literally four of the six preset stations in my car are definitely country. One thing so many people don't realize is that country music is about so much more than drinking, trucks, and your mama. Country music is about love, liberty, and living life to the fullest.
