After a long night out whether it be in a fraternity basement, a house party, or the bars, there is one thing that we all crave at 2 am... pizza. We crave the deliciousness of cheap and cheesy goodness to fulfill our stomachs after consuming alcohol. In West Chester, there is a pizza place at every corner, but which one is the best? Here are the best pizza places in West Chester rated from my favorite to my least favorite.

1. Riggtown Oven

Riggtown Oven is centered right on Matlack Street next to Jake's Bar. So what is better than that? You grab a few drinks at Jake's and then walk right on over to get the perfect amount of deliciousness. It is the perfect slice of pizza with the perfect amount of cheese and tomato sauce. They have so many unique and different toppings for pizza as well. Mhmm.. their buffalo chicken pizza is delicious. They are always so quick in getting your food and are always so accommodating. And not only that, everything is good from Riggtown. Riggtown Oven is centered right in the middle of the West Chester student neighborhood, so it is the perfect place to go right after a night out at a fraternity party because it is right on your way home. Hands down the best pizza you will get in West Chester.

2. Chris' Pizza

Chris' Pizza is located right on Walnut Street. Another great pizza place to visit that is located right in the middle of the West Chester student neighborhood. Chris's has the best honey mustard chicken pizza...definitely a must try! If you like more of a thin crust pizza, Chris' is definitely a must try for you!

3. Lorenzo's

How can you pass up Lorenzo's? It is the perfect place to go for a pizza slice as big as your head that only costs $3.00. Not even that, if you are 21 and fun it is right on your way home from the bars on High Street. It is the perfect mix of dancing the night away at Kildare's, and then being with the "bae" at the end of the night (a.k.a pizza).

4. Amore

Amore is known for its abundance amount of food, not only pizza. With incredible food all around, and unbeatable prices for the amount of food you get is incredible. Not only that, at Amore they have plenty of seating in case you don't want to walk home and eat your pizza. You can dine in and hang out before you travel all the way back to your house or dorm. An exquisite place that has anything you are in the mood for!

Overall, West Chester has the best pizza places around and there are so many of them. The night usually depends on what pizza place you're in the mood for, so try them all.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies.
